We are excited to announce that Madeira-Silverwood Presbyterian Church is now an official drop-off center for various products needed by Matthew 25:Ministries. Your donations of the items listed below can significantly impact the lives of those affected by natural disasters and support the "poorest of the poor." This is not an exhaustive list; please visit the Matthew 25 Ministries website for more items and other ways to donate.
First Aid and Medical Supplies include bandages, tape, gauze, antibiotic ointment, orthopedic braces, catheters, sutures, syringes, surgical gloves, and more.
Personal Care and Hygiene Supplies include soap, shampoo, lotions, body wash, lip balm, toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush, deodorant, face wipes, body spray, and sanitary napkins.
School Supplies include paper, pens, pencils, crayons, folders, envelopes, backpacks, colored pencils, notebooks, organizers, planners, calendars, tote bags, and 3-ring binders.
Cleaning supplies and laundry products include soap, detergent, all-purpose cleaners, buckets, sponges, dustpans, gloves, mops, bleach, fabric softener, and disinfectants.
New and gently used home goods include blankets, towels, sheets, aprons, tote bags, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, curtains, pillows, and pillowcases.
We will hold drives for different items throughout the year, but the church welcomes donations any time it is open, from Sunday to Friday. Please drop off any donations in the large blue laundry carts in the coat closet at the entrance to the sanctuary. Thank you for making a difference!
