This February, we're excited to launch our Welcoming Space Capital campaign, which will fund the restoration of a portion of our parking lot and the construction of a new picnic pavilion and storage facility. To support this initiative, our special three-week sermon series will explore the deeper spiritual and philosophical "why" behind this campaign. We'll dive into how our physical spaces reflect our mission to empower people to take their next step of faith with Jesus.
This series isn't just about infrastructure; it's about renewing our shared sense of purpose and connecting to the mission God has given us. Together, we'll explore how investing in our facilities helps us invest in families, outreach, and spiritual growth. Don't miss these three inspiring Sundays!
February 9: Investing in Families (Psalm 127)
Families are at the heart of our mission, and one way we invest in families is through Scouting. Join us for Scout Sunday! Troop 209 will treat us to a special pancake breakfast, and during the service, we'll celebrate the many forms of Scouting. Discover how our Welcoming Space project will directly support our scout troop and dream with us about creating opportunities to serve all kinds of families in new ways.
February 16: Investing in Outreach (Matthew 5:13–16)
As followers of Jesus, we serve God's salt and light in the world. This Sunday, we'll explore how our physical spaces can be tools to invite others to take their next step of faith. Discover how the Welcoming Space project will expand our outreach opportunities and serve as a beacon of love to our community.
February 23: Investing in Spiritual Growth (Psalm 148)
"All creation reflects God's glory." This Sunday, we'll explore how our greenspace can become a powerful tool for spiritual growth. Dream with us about ways our outdoor spaces can invite heartfelt worship and help us connect with God through the beauty of His creation.
