Missions
Participation in mission work enables us to extend the ministry of the church beyond the congregation. A key goal is “Sharing Christ Thru Missions”.

Mission Ministry Project – A Project Completed
- Following the earthquake in Haiti, we undertook the special project of raising funds to purchase a truck needed for Pastor Lamartine Liberus. The church had lost everything, and they needed transportation to minister to others by delivering food, water and just meeting essential needs. MSPC Mission Team, led by Chair Leo Hutton, started to work to meet this need. Congregational members contributed just over $8,500. Once the word was out, we received additional contributions from Virginia, Florida, Iowa, Cincinnati individuals and businesses. In all, $32,757.00 was sent to Pastor Liberus – allowing him to purchase a 2010 Mazda extended cab, four-wheel drive and off-road capabilities.
