Director of Children’s Ministries

Crystal has a MEd in Early Childhood Education from Xavier University and has worked in the field of early childhood for over 30 years. She taught at Xavier University for 17 years as Principal and Lead Teacher in the Montessori Lab School. Crystal also taught graduate and undergraduate classes in curriculum and educational theory. In addition, Crystal has taught in other areas which include Australia, England, Korea and China.

For the past 10 years, she has worked at Children’s Inc. in Covington, KY as Associate Executive Director, responsible for program quality in seven early childhood programs. Crystal also has been the Program Director for a Montessori teacher education program in Northern Kentucky.

Crystal has two sons, Brad and Chris and two grandchildren who live in Dallas, Texas.
